JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria. Complete Guest Cards Have the prospect complete applications and collect the applicaton fee Process applications for approvals/follow up with applicant with status of application Move resident in from start to finish Commmunicate with property manager on scheduling new move-ins Answer phone calls Reply to emails Write work orders for current residents Answer questions and concerns for current and perspective residents Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date Inspect ready units Keep Make ready board updated at all time.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 29.0 per week
