Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant for Eden Park Apartments, a 324-unit community in Brooklyn Park. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find the right apartment while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

What You'll Do:

Tour apartments and showcase the community to prospective residents Respond to leads and turn prospects into new residents Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals Provide professional, responsive customer service every day

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual Spanish speaker Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Professional, dependable, and motivated Willing to complete required online training

Pay & Benefits:

$16
