They don't take a "used car salesman" approach but instead use connection and knowledge to draw in prospective tenants. They are quick, fun, and enjoy staying busy. Key responsibilities:

Conduct showings at properties available for rent Manage a calendar of showings and deliver property-specific information to prospective tenants Guide prospective tenants through Heirloom's leasing process Job details and key requirements: Strong customer service experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in writing Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software Ability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend availability High school diploma or equivalent required Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for daily travel to local properties At Heirloom, you'll have the freedom to grow as an individual and contribute to a vibrant culture with a meaningful purpose.
