Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This position will be based at our large apartment community located in Fridley, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, and energetic!
General Description:
Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Prospects Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents. Invite prospects to tour. Record traffic and leasing activity. Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view. Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition. Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents. Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial Lease Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork. Walk through units to ensure they are ready. Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums. Promote other income items. Resident Retention Prepare renewal paperwork. Customer Service and Maintenance Accept rental payments Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties Resident Retention Prepare renewal paperwork Customer Service and Maintenance Accept rental payments Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Work Experience Requirements Experience in working in customer service and/or sales Knowledge of professional business discipline Educational Requirements High School diploma or
GED Schedule Requirements :
Rotating Saturday hours are required
