Work Schedule:

Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4 pm Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Meet and greet potential residents, tour property and model Creating and post online ads Assist with property marketing activities Follow up on all traffic Process rental applications and lease agreement Lease renewals and resident retention Perform move in and move out inspections Take work order service requests from residents

Qualifications:

Professional attitude and appearance Professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a busy office atmosphere Ability to analyze and solve problems Prior sales, retail or property leasing experience a plus
