Job Description
Position Summary As a Leasing Agent with Suite Liv'n LLC, you play a critical role in driving occupancy, leasing activity, targeted marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospects and applicants. You will work closely with the Community Manager and broader site team to ensure vacant units are leased quickly and efficiently. Your focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and professionalism sets the tone for a positive first impression and long-term resident satisfaction. This individual plays a key role in continued operational success and driving acceptable occupancy/leasing levels all while upholding company core GRACIE values: Gratitude, Results, Accountability, Communication, Integrity, and Energy. Organizational Accountability This is a Full-time, Non-exempt hourly position requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week. OT may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Typical work schedule is Monday- Friday with some weekends and evenings as necessary to meet business needs. This may include, but not limited to, lease-up events, tours, and resident Move-ins. You will report directly to the Community Manager on site each day. As a Leasing Agent, you will have set Leasing Goal Expectations to meet for your position that may lead into Commission Payments based on our internal structure. Details of Commissions will be discussed upon hire as they are not a guarantee, but an addition to the base hourly wage.
