We are currently hiring an experienced Leasing Agent for an apartment community in Minneapolis, MN . We are looking for a motivated, personable professional who enjoys working with residents and helping prospective renters find their next home. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process rental applications and assist with the leasing process Explain rental criteria, policies, and community features to prospective residents Follow up with prospective residents and maintain strong lead communication Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications Maintain accurate leasing and resident records Assist with marketing and maintaining property occupancy Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents Address resident questions and concerns professionally Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office and community Qualifications Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Sales and leasing experience preferred Professional and personable attitude Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Affordable housing experience is a plus but not required Why Join Us? $21
