We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and be comfortable working with CRM and Yardi systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with residents and prospective renters while helping create a welcoming and positive community environment. What will you do as a Leasing Agent? Rental of vacant apartments Showing apartments Preparing lease packages Renewal of leases Rent collection Answering questions and completing service requests. Who qualifies for the Leasing Agents position? Availability to work weekends Candidate with ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices Candidate must be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidate with outstanding customer service skills who will take great pride in making the tenant or potential tenant their top priority. Candidate with Yardi software experience a plus What hours will the Leasing Agent work? The schedule offers some flexibility; preferred coverage is: 30-36hrs weekly
