Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Closing Agent to join our team. This role ensures all title requirements are satisfied, documents are prepared accurately, funds are properly disbursed, and transactions comply with state and federal regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and other industry professionals to deliver exceptional service and accurate results. Key Responsibilities Review title commitments, title searches, and closing instructions Coordinate closing schedules with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys Prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures Explain closing documents to parties during settlement meetings Collect, verify, and disburse funds according to closing instructions Ensure all loan and title documents are signed, notarized, and recorded properly Resolve title issues, payoff discrepancies, and document deficiencies Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations Communicate transaction updates to all involved parties Maintain accurate records and confidential client information Experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and in a team environment Notary Public commission required or willingness to obtain within first 30 days of employment This role is essential in helping clients confidently move forward with their real estate investments while supporting our commitment to accuracy, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
