Overview Join our dynamic team as an Observe Auction specialist, where your keen eye and proactive approach will play a vital role in the real estate transaction process. In this paid position, you will attend real estate auctions to observe property sales. Responsibilities Attend real estate auctions to observe bidding activity and document sale outcomes Collect detailed information on properties being auctioned, including pricing, bidding patterns, and buyer behavior Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build client rapport and convey information clearly Excellent organizational skills with administrative experience supporting real estate or auction processes This paid position is ideal for someone who needs super part time work, has free time during the day . You must have a printer, smart phone and or computer . Understand how to email pdf files. We need someone who can drive to different counties. at the courthouses.
