Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly, providing detailed tours of available apartments and community amenities to showcase the property's best features. Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management tools in Entrata, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and Fair Housing regulations. Conduct thorough communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions to answer questions, upsell available units, and facilitate lease signings. Maintain up-to-date records of leasing activities, applicant information, and occupancy data through efficient data entry and filing practices. Coordinate with property maintenance teams to address resident needs promptly and ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. Assist in budgeting and financial tracking related to leasing operations, including rent collection or Section 8 program management. Handle conflict management tactfully by resolving resident concerns professionally while adhering to legal administrative procedures. Support team management efforts by collaborating with colleagues on leasing strategies, resident relationship management, and property marketing initiatives. Experience Proven experience in property leasing or rental management within a property management company environment. Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata or similar tools is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, and related legal frameworks. Demonstrate customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone etiquette and client relationship management techniques. Experience in real estate administrative tasks including data entry, filing, conflict resolution, and negotiation strategies. Prior office experience involving Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams. Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
