Responsibilities Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Excellent communicator with a dedication to service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate agent Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Eager to learn and grow Highly organized Open to learning scripts and dialogues About-our-team At Estes Group Powered by Place, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
