Duties Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours with enthusiasm, highlighting features and answering questions confidently Manage lease or rental agreement processes using property management software such as Yardi Screen applicants by verifying income, rental history, and conducting background checks in compliance with Fair Housing regulations Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, data entry, and filing using Microsoft Office and property management tools, Collaborate with team members on lease renewals, rent collection, and property maintenance coordination Requirements Excellent customer service skills paired with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Experience in sales or upselling to promote additional services or lease options Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, budgeting support, and facilities management experience is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to creating welcoming communities through exceptional leasing experiences. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
