The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development. Some examples of the responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to: Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents Answer telephones and internet leads throughout the day Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting in Yardi Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents Ensure excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents Assist with day to day operations Qualifications of the

Leasing Consultant:

6 months of previous Multi-Family Leasing experience required Lease
