This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing the community and available apartment homes
• Effectively communicate features, amenities, and pricing to close leases
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing records, check the CRM multiple times a day
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are consistently maintained to our standards
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Qualifications
• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with technology and property management software
