We're a brick-and-mortar brokerage in Flowood, MS, with the broker/owner on site every day — so you'll have real listings, real leads, real training, and a broker who's genuinely in your corner. Compensation:
$100,000Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction — from first contact to close. Work company-provided listings and leads with urgency and follow-through. Build your own sphere of influence and pipeline alongside what the office provides. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and transaction management system. Attend periodic in-office training sessions, corporate events, and team social events (no required floor time or on-duty shifts). Provide a high-quality, professional client experience that reflects well on the brand. Stay current on Mississippi real estate law, contracts, and local market conditions.Qualifications:
Active Mississippi real estate license required (or in the final stage of licensure). Reliable transportation, smartphone, and laptop. Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in person. Comfortable with technology (CRM, e-signature, MLS, and basic marketing tools). Willingness to attend periodic in-office training, corporate events, and team social events. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable, with strong follow-through. Professional, coachable, and a team-first mindset.
