Job Description

Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments and marketing to potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policies and procedures Assists in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in conducting market surveys. Assists in development of advertising and implementation of special promotions. Assists in preparation of traffic reports and weekly stats. Provide friendly and informative customer service Conduct tours of the property to prospective residents Uses knowledge of property and community to overcome prospect's reservations and follows up on undecided prospects. Prepares lease packets and assist in maintaining complete resident files under the direction of the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
Property management and leasing experience is preferred, but not required Understanding and working knowledge of affordable housing issues and programs is a plus Experience using property management software, such as Yardi, OneSite, or Yieldstar Section 8 experience is a huge plus.
Requirements:
