Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing options. Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies. Update Social Media and Marketing sites daily Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager, track leads, update tenant records, and generate reports. Conduct thorough tenant screening, including background checks and credit reports Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law, compliance, and other legal requirements affecting leasing practices. Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready and address any client concerns promptly through excellent customer service and conflict management skills. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and client communication to ensure efficient office operations. Assist with budgeting activities related to leasing operations and participate in team management initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity using property management tools like Rent Manager or similar platforms. Strong understanding of lease or rental agreement management, Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Demonstrated conflict management and negotiation abilities to resolve tenant issues amicably while adhering to legal standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes. Experience working within a property management company environment or in facilities management is preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently with strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks.
