• Outdoor Sales Representative The Roberson Companies is a growing construction and renovation company providing residential and commercial improvement services throughout our service area.

We're looking for an ambitious, outgoing Outdoor Sales Representative who wants the opportunity to sell more than just one product or service. This is not just a roofing sales position. Our sales representatives have the opportunity to generate business across a wide range of construction and renovation projects, giving you more ways to close deals, build relationships, and earn.

• General construction and property improvements
• Full renovation projects What You'll Do As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business in the field.

You'll meet with homeowners, property owners, businesses, and potential clients to identify their construction or renovation needs and help connect them with the right solution. Responsibilities include prospecting for new customers, visiting properties, developing relationships, following up with leads, assisting customers through the sales process, and working with our estimating and production teams to move projects from the initial conversation to a signed contract.
