Job Description

You are responsible for converting prospects into residents through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized tours. You take pride in creating an exceptional experience while consistently achieving leasing and occupancy goals. You are energized by high expectations and take personal ownership for hitting performance targets, particularly maintaining 95% occupancy across your assigned properties. Compensation Structure $25.00-$30.00 depending on experience Commissions 401K Match HSA Match Key Responsibilities Achieving rental and renewal monthly goals. Execute marketing and sales efforts, including personalized tours that result in new leases Deliver a high-quality prospect and resident experience that drives positive reviews and referrals Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and schedule tours in a timely manner Follow up with all leads (calls, texts, emails) to drive tour-to-lease conversion Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners. Conduct daily property walks to ensure tour readiness and curb appeal Leading by example through our Collective core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
