Leasing Agent -
Multi-Family Pay:
$20-$30/hour + performance-based bonuses Job Summary The Leasing Agent is responsible for driving occupancy by leasing apartment homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of a multi-family community. This role is highly sales-driven and ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Marketing:
Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community features and available units Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into signed leases Process rental applications and assist with lease execution Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and resident files Assist with marketing efforts and ensure listings are current and competitive Help maintain high occupancy levels
Resident Relations:
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Address questions and concerns professionally and escalate when needed Maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere
Property Support:
Ensure model units and common areas are clean, organized, and show-ready Communicate maintenance requests and property concerns to the appropriate team Support the Property Manager with daily leasing operations as needed Qualifications Previous customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms What Makes You Successful High-energy and outgoing personality Organized and task-oriented Sales-driven mindset
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
