Job Responsibilities:

Work/communicate with our sales & service teams to deliver And exceed our customers expectations. Answer phone calls and assist customers with sales, troubleshooting, and scheduling service calls. Place orders for chemicals, spas, and parts. Maintain the showroom which includes cleaning, stocking, spa water care.

Requirements:

Ability to pass background screening High school diploma or equivalent Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice Positive attitude and one who enjoys a challenge Must be able to work with minimum supervision Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail Bonus job skills - NOT
