Compensation:

$155,000 - $194,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage with warm buyer and seller leads provided daily to build lasting client relationships. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers. Collaborate with our Inside Sales Agent team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Utilize our proven sales system to negotiate and close deals efficiently, maximizing client satisfaction. Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate insights. Participate in world-class training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate expertise. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system for transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license in North Carolina or in the process of obtaining one. Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on client relationship building. Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful deal closures. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the Raleigh-Cary, NC real estate market and local property values. Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through training sessions and mentorship programs.
