Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is looking for motivated sales professionals who know how to connect with people and close deals. We provide homeowners with crawlspace, drainage, waterproofing, and foundation repair solutions — and we need confident individuals who can represent our company professionally and help grow our business. If you have construction knowledge, crawlspace experience, or home improvement sales experience, that's a huge plus.

Training Program:

All new hires will complete several weeks of classroom and in-field training to learn:

• Waterproofing systems
• Crawlspace and drainage solutions
• Sales process and estimating
• Customer communication

What We're Looking For:

• Motivated self-starters
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales or closing experience preferred
• Construction knowledge is a plus
• Professional appearance and attitude

Pay:

$60,089.54 - $100,000.00 per year
