In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of leasing, and a passion for helping others find their perfect home. Responsibilities Assist potential tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information and lease agreements in the property management system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents. Support marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels and social media. Perform administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing contracts and maintaining records. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales roles; real estate experience is a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
