•We Will Train You! Looking for a career, not just a job? We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and highly organized Rental Showing Agent to join our fast-paced property management team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong work ethic, a "get up and go" attitude , and wants to build a career in the property management and real estate industry. No prior property management or real estate experience is required. We will train you on our procedures and systems. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, initiative, reliability, and the desire to succeed. If you are someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys being out and about rather than sitting behind a desk all day, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Show rental properties to prospective tenants Respond to and follow up with rental inquiries Schedule and coordinate property showings Make follow-up calls and communicate with prospective tenants Coordinate and assist with tenant move-ins Inspect properties to ensure they are clean, prepared, and ready for move-in Take marketing photographs of rental properties Communicate with tenants, owners, vendors, and members of our property management team Keep showing schedules and daily activities organized Assist with other property management tasks as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Hardworking and self-motivated Energetic with a strong get-it-done attitude Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working independently Comfortable communicating with people on the phone and in person Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to listen, take direction, and follow instructions carefully while learning our procedures Willing to ask questions when clarification is needed Reliable and punctual Willing and eager to learn Comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Able to learn from training and apply those instructions consistently in their daily work A Different Kind of Workday This is not a traditional desk job . The majority of your time will be spent out in the field showing properties, preparing for move-ins, inspecting homes, and meeting prospective tenants. When you're not in the field, our home office is available for you to use during downtime for making calls, following up with prospects, scheduling appointments, and completing administrative tasks.
