$85,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and opportunities in the Fayetteville real estate market. Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement effective marketing plans for property listings. Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always advocating for the best interests of the clients. Utilize our advanced CRM tools to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

Must have an NC or SC Real Estate license. Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets. Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism. Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong network of contacts to generate leads. Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. Ability to conduct market research and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on property values and trends. Experience in collaborating with teams to create innovative marketing strategies. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently and effectively.
