Part Time Apartment Leasing Professional

This is the perfect Part Time position for the perfect person! We are seeking a customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our dynamic apartment management team. 20-22 hours per week. Includes some Saturday hours.

Duties:

• Assist in day-to-day leasing of apartment homes and customer follow up.
• Handle the administrative tasks related to leasing, including gathering all the documents needed to approve the prospective renter, staying on top of the process and updating the prospect on a regular basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activity, including lease renewals .
• Assist in the preparation of daily & weekly property reports.

Skills:

• Experience in property management or a related field is helpful!
• Bilingual a BIG plus!
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle resident inquiries and concerns.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$20.00
