Apartment Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant - Split Property Schedule Lumberton, NC 28358 We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Lumberton, NC! This position will work between two apartment communities — 2 days per week at one property and the remaining days at the other property. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and answer leasing questions Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals Maintain knowledge of current pricing and availability Deliver excellent customer service to current residents Assist with resident retention and community marketing efforts Support day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills required Property management software experience is a plus Reliable transportation required to travel between both properties
