Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented part time Leasing Agent to join our team for our new 132 unit senior apartment community in Raleigh, NC.

Duties:

Answer phones, field questions and set appointments. Greet potential tenants and provide tours of available units Manage customer relationships effectively and address inquiries promptly Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and customer service to excel in a dynamic environment.
