Remote but must currently live in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or Charleston, SC 60% or more travel Are you energized by guiding teams through growth and change? Madison Communities is looking for a Regional Transition Specialist to lead and support our onsite teams and Regional Managers through seamless property launches, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing projects. What you'll do: Lead successful new property launches, making sure teams are prepared and everything is ready for opening day Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing by managing operational handoffs and timelines Partner with development teams to ensure smooth construction turnovers Oversee marketing contracts and website audits to build strong digital brands before launch Conduct market research to help set competitive pricing strategies Manage utility setup, floor plans, and coordinate regular launch calls as opening day approaches Lead and organize due diligence activities for property sales and transitions Support onboarding and training for new hires, focusing on operational and marketing excellence Keep our internal committees engaged and productive Provide critical support where it matters most—whether that's pre-leasing, hiring, or owner acceptance training Why join us?
