Job Description
A well-established real estate services company in the Fargo-Moorhead area is seeking an experienced Mortgage / Real Estate Closer. This role coordinates transactions with buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders while building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience independently managing real estate closings from start to finish Strong knowledge of title work, closing documents, and lender requirements Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with local Realtors and referral partners Pay is $90k - $110k DOE plus uncapped performance bonuses.
