Leasing & Reservations Specialist — Watford City Basin RV Resort | Watford City, ND Watford City Basin RV Resort is a growing RV park and cabin property located in the heart of the Bakken oil country in western North Dakota, just outside Theodore Roosevelt National Park's North Unit. We serve a diverse mix of guests — from oilfield and construction crews seeking long-term workforce housing, to outdoor adventurers exploring the Maah Daah Hey Trail and the badlands. As we grow, we're looking for a driven Leasing & Reservations Specialist with one primary mission: Fill the park. This is not a passive front desk role. You'll work alongside our Park Manager, but your focus will be on converting every inquiry into a reservation, leasing monthly and long-term sites and cabins, following up relentlessly on every lead, and helping Watford City Basin RV Resort maximize occupancy year-round. The ability to build relationships with corporate housing coordinators, oilfield companies, and construction contractors to secure long-term housing contracts is a significant advantage in this market. What You'll Do Respond quickly to website leads, phone calls, emails, and text messages Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations for RV sites and cabins Lease monthly, seasonal, and long-term sites to both individual guests and corporate clients Prospect and build relationships with oilfield companies, construction contractors, healthcare systems, and other local employers to secure workforce housing contracts Follow up with every lead until they book or decline — no lead goes cold Collect deposits and complete reservation and leasing paperwork accurately Maintain accurate records in our reservation system and CRM Coordinate with the Park Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience Help maximize occupancy and revenue throughout the season and year-round What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills — on the phone, by text, and in person A confident, personable closer who enjoys helping people make decisions Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously Self-motivated and accountable for results — you track your own numbers and own them Comfortable using computers, reservation software, CRMs, email, and texting platforms Experience in RV parks, campgrounds, workforce housing, apartment leasing, hotel, or hospitality strongly preferred Prior sales, leasing, or business development experience highly desired Familiarity with the Bakken/McKenzie County market and the workforce housing landscape is a significant advantage Compensation $17-20/hour based on experience Commission on monthly, seasonal, and long-term leases Occupancy and performance bonuses Opportunity to earn $50,000-$65,000+ annually for top performers How We Measure Your Success Your performance will be measured by results: More reservations confirmed More long-term and monthly residents secured More corporate housing contracts landed Higher occupancy rates Exceptional guest and client experiences If you're looking for an opportunity to play a real role in growing a dynamic RV resort in one of North Dakota's most active markets — and earn performance-based pay for doing it — we'd love to hear from you.
