We manage a growing portfolio and are looking for someone who knows how to turn interest into signed leases. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable selling, and takes ownership of the leasing process from the initial inquiry through move-in. What You'll Do As our Leasing Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in keeping our properties occupied. You'll help prospects find the right property, showcase what makes it a great fit, and confidently guide them toward signing a lease.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner Schedule and conduct property tours for residential and commercial properties Build rapport with prospective tenants and understand what they're looking for Effectively present and "sell" the features and benefits of available properties Follow up consistently with prospects after tours to help convert leads into signed leases Manage rental applications and assist applicants throughout the approval and leasing process Prepare leasing documents and coordinate lease signings and move-ins Maintain accurate information regarding property availability and prospective tenants Help market available properties and identify opportunities to improve leasing activity Provide a professional, responsive experience for prospective and current tenants Work closely with the property management team to support occupancy and overall portfolio performance What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, confident, organized, and comfortable asking for the business. The right person doesn't simply show a property, they know how to build relationships, follow up, overcome hesitation, and close the deal.

Preferred qualifications:

2+ years of leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or similar experience Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrated sales ability and confidence working with prospective customers or tenants Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple prospects and properties at the same time Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being part of a small team Professional and dependable Experience with residential leasing or property management software is a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week Application Question(s): This is a part-time, in-person position that will primarily work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
