is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate for its Concord, New Hampshire office. The preferred candidate will have 3-5+ years of relevant Trusts & Estates experience. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience may also be considered when their background, drafting ability, and overall fit are particularly strong. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, professional development, and a path toward future leadership.QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred
- Exceptional 1-2 year candidates may be considered
- Demonstrated estate-planning drafting experience
- Strong skills drafting wills, trusts, and related estate-planning documents
- Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills
- Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
THE PRACTICE
The associate will support a Trusts & Estates practice serving individuals and families with estate planning and related matters. Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated Trusts & Estates matters Develop increasing responsibility for client relationships and mattersCOMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH
- Base salary of $115,000-$125,000+
- Associate bonus program
- Strong-performance bonuses are typically around $10,000+
