Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety, customer service, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive the success of our establishment, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members alike. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to maximize efficiency Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Oversee Toast POS for order processing and cash handling Monitor inventory levels, assist with food preparation coordination, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, ongoing training & development sessions to foster a skilled team Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and implement best practices in food safety management Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems ; proficient in cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, managing hospitality teams, and leading staff training initiatives Excellent communication skills with managerial communication expertise to effectively lead staff and interact with guests Deep understanding of food safety management, food production, catering experience, and culinary fundamentals Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling, budgeting, and inventory control Experience with restaurant management software tools such as POS systems; familiarity with food industry standards Skilled in managing hospitality operations including shift management, food service management, and kitchen coordination Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team training & development, supervising experience, and managing hospitality teams Knowledge of food safety regulations along with experience in food handling, food production, and fine dining or banquet settings Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
