In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will play a vital role in showcasing properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation will help build strong client relationships and drive successful leasing transactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in residential real estate while contributing to a vibrant community-focused environment. This position pays a hourly wage and commissions. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed property tours and answering all questions about available units Market properties effectively through various channels, including digital platforms and community outreach efforts Conduct thorough real estate market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings Negotiate lease terms with clients, ensuring fair housing regulations are upheld and offers are aligned with company policies Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry through deal closing, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property showings, lease renewals, and administrative tasks Experience Proven experience in real estate sales or property management, preferably within residential markets Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Yardi and CRM Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and managing real estate transactions effectively Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and client communication skills Organizational skills with prior experience in managing real estate administrative tasks and managing real estate teams is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences while advancing your career in the exciting world of residential real estate!
