We are seeking a motivated Leasing Associate to join an established commercial real estate organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to leasing, business development, and commercial real estate operations. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to brokers and prospective tenants Develop and maintain broker and prospect relationships Track leasing leads, activity, and follow-up Assist with property tours, proposals, and leasing materials Research market rents, availabilities, comparable properties, and leasing trends Coordinate with internal teams and outside brokerage partners Maintain CRM data, leasing pipelines, and activity reports Support senior team members throughout the leasing process Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 0-3 years of commercial real estate, brokerage, sales, or related experience Strong communication skills and confidence making outbound calls Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems Strong interest in building a career in commercial real estate Compensation & Opportunity Competitive base salary Bonus and profit-sharing opportunity Hands-on commercial real estate training Career growth potential This is a full-time, in-office position. 3 Days in Manchester NH and 2 Days in
