Looking for an opportunity to join a professional legal team where your organizational skills and attention to detail can make an impact? Our client, a well-established law firm in the Manchester area, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and clients within a Trust & Estate practice.
Location:
Manchester, NH Pay:
$65,000 - $75,000

Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence Support the preparation of estate planning and probate-related documentation Maintain electronic and physical client files Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings Communicate with clients, attorneys, and outside parties professionally Assist with filing documentation and administrative processes Process time entry, billing support, and matter setup Manage document workflows, scanning, copying, and file organization Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team members as needed
Qualifications:
Legal administrative experience Trust & Estate, Estate Planning, or Probate experience preferred Strong knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Legal Assistant or related certification preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
