We have an immediate need for a Leasing Consultant to join the rest of our team of professionals at Rockingham Village in Seabrook, NH. This is a great opportunity with a rapidly growing company. As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and by building rapport with prospects and residents. This role has a guaranteed base pay plus performance incentives including monthly renewal and move in commissions and more!

What You'll Do:

Handle all leasing activities including generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting and touring prospects, qualifying leads, and closing leases. Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Support the property management team to deliver a superior resident experience.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. Preferably a four-year degree (business, marketing, hospitality, or property management a plus). Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws. Previous multifamily industry experience (Yardi experience strongly preferred). Experience with LIHTC compliance highly considered.
