In this role, you'll work exclusively with warm, ready-to-move seller leads, guiding homeowners through listing appointments, pricing strategy, and cash offer comparisons so they can choose the path that's right for them. You'll leverage your negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and consultative sales approach to convert seller leads into signed listings and closed transactions. Responsibilities Convert inbound seller and cash offer leads into signed listing agreements through timely follow-up and confident, consultative conversations. Run listing appointments that present both traditional listing and cash offer options, helping sellers understand trade-offs in price, speed, and certainty. Develop compelling property listings with engaging descriptions, professional photography, and virtual tours to attract qualified buyers. Market listings across social media, online portals, and local advertising channels to maximize exposure and seller results. Negotiate offers — including cash and investor offers — between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms while maintaining fairness and Fair Housing compliance. Coordinate pre-listing activities such as inspections, staging, pricing consultations, and preparing homes for market. Maintain organized records of leads, listing agreements, client interactions, and transaction documents. Stay current on local market trends, cash buyer/investor networks, property values, and real estate law to advise sellers with confidence. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales, listing appointments, or seller lead conversion; cash offer or investor transaction experience is a plus.
