Role:

The Stacy Esser Group (SEG), in partnership with Garden Communities, is seeking a Leasing Coordinator for The Sylvan, a newly developed luxury apartment community in Englewood Cliffs. This role serves as the liaison between leasing agents and backend operations, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through move-in. You will manage the full leasing pipeline, track applicant progress, and keep all communication organized and moving. This is a 12-month position with strong potential for long-term growth as the property stabilizes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule all property tours and leasing appointments Act as the central point of communication between leasing agents, management, and prospective tenants Track and manage all applications from inquiry through approval and move-in Follow up consistently with prospective tenants and guide them through next steps Assist applicants with completing paperwork and navigating the leasing process Maintain accurate records and status updates in Yardi (CRM) Participate in regular meetings with management to review application pipeline and leasing progress Ensure a smooth, organized, and high-touch experience for every prospective resident
