Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay :

$18.00

• $22.00/hour $100 New Lease Commissions Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials
• $300 every quarter Hours & Schedule Saturday
• 8:30AM-5:00PM Sunday
• 11:30AM
• 5:00PM Wednesday OR Thursday 9:00AM
• 5:30PM
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs What We'll Expect from

You:

Prior customer service experience required ; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties. one to three months of related experience/training . Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff. Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ready to make an impact?
