With beautifully renovated apartment homes, refreshed amenities, enhanced curb appeal, and an exciting new management team, Barclay Village is entering a dynamic new chapter. This is an opportunity to help reintroduce the community to the market, build momentum, and play a key role in its continued growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled salesperson who knows how to create urgency, build relationships, and consistently turn qualified prospects into residents. What You'll Do Take ownership of day-to-day leasing activity while maintaining company standards for performance, professionalism, and customer service Showcase Barclay Village's newly renovated apartment homes, refreshed amenities, and overall resident experience Build strong relationships with prospects and confidently guide them from initial inquiry through move-in Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals Consistently follow up with leads and maintain accurate prospect activity within the CRM Monitor local market conditions, competitor pricing, concessions, and availability to identify opportunities and adjust leasing strategies Partner with the onsite management team to improve traffic, conversion, and overall leasing performance Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies What You Bring At least three years of sales-focused experience in property management, multifamily housing, or real estate A proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing and sales goals Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative and influence team performance Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer service skills Confidence creating urgency and closing sales Comfort using property management software and CRM platforms Entrata and EliseAI experience strongly preferred A competitive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure that rewards top leasing performance Performance-based bonuses tied to leasing and occupancy goals Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Meaningful career-growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding portfolio Why Join Us?
