Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced, and self-motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showing properties in person to potential residents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love real estate and enjoy the flexibility of working independently while earning income through rental commissions. Accountabilities :

• Show properties to prospective tenants and provide tours of available units
• Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including application reviews, and deposit contracts
• Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks, credit checks, and reference verifications
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and fellow real estate professionals
• Proactively identify and pursue leads to expand your real estate book of business
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly respond to resident inquiries
• Collaborate with our internal leasing admins to ensure smooth application and move-in processes

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role (Encouraged)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills to secure deposit contracts
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and drive for results
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable, and independent, transportation to and from property showings
