Qualifications & Further Details Bi-weekly commission draws during training Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness and ability to obtain Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Real Estate Proven experience in Sales and Real Property Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus Drivers License and personal vehicle
