ASAP Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Enablement Coordinator to support franchise operations, recruiting programs, compliance activities, and contract-related processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, compliance, contract administration, franchise support, or a related administrative function and be comfortable managing high-volume workflows with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Brand Leadership , as well as external franchisees and vendors. Key Responsibilities Franchise Recruiting & Program Support Manage recruiting program intake, including monitoring shared inboxes and responding to franchisee inquiries and submissions. Create and manage CRM requests to validate and process agent submissions. Prepare, track, and coordinate recruitment-related documents through contract lifecycle systems. Monitor the status of documents and ensure timely completion of required processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruiting and enablement process. Franchise Compliance Support franchise compliance activities, including domestic and international watch-list compliance. Research and track potential compliance issues and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve them. Maintain accurate franchisee records, documentation, approvals, and audit trails. Monitor shared inboxes and ensure compliance-related inquiries are addressed promptly. Assist with tracking violations, notices, intent-to-terminate activities, terminations, and other contractual obligations. Prepare, draft, and coordinate compliance-related agreements, notices, intent-to-terminate letters, termination documentation, and other correspondence in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and IT teams to support business initiatives. Coordinate with external franchisees, vendors, and other business partners. Provide responsive and professional customer service. Communicate program updates, compliance requirements, and process changes clearly and effectively. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items. Operational Excellence Manage high-volume administrative and compliance workflows while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Identify process gaps and opportunities for operational improvement. Recommend enhancements to systems, workflows, reporting, and documentation processes. Maintain organized records and ensure processes are completed according to established requirements. Handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or a related field . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience using CRM, database, workflow, or contract management systems . Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment . Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the franchise industry . Knowledge of franchise agreements or franchise compliance requirements. Experience with contract lifecycle management processes. Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business operations. Exposure to MLS data or real estate operations . Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Finance, or other corporate support teams. #

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
