Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate processes, laws, and regulations, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our office. This role is essential for enhancing our team's efficiency and effectiveness in serving clients. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings. Maintain organized files and records for properties, transactions, and client communications. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate transactions. Market properties through various channels including social media, online listings, and print advertising. Coordinate property showings and open houses while ensuring all materials are prepared. Conduct research on local market trends and property values to assist in pricing strategies. Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between parties. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies. Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Skills Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in sales techniques with the ability to market properties effectively. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining ethical standards. Experience in property management is a plus but not required. Proficient in administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
