SALES AND LEASING CONSULTANT

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Global Auto Mall, located in North Plainfield, NJ. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive purchasing and leasing needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, conduct vehicle demonstrations, facilitate test drives, negotiate and close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a Plus Knowledge of the automotive industry and an understanding of vehicle features and technology Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Proficiency in using computer-based tools, including CRM software Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to work weekends and evenings High school diploma or equivalent Additional Qualifications (preferred) Experience with Jeep, Genesis, Kia and Hyundai vehicles Experience with leasing and financing processes Fluency in multiple languages Benefits Competitive pay Health/Dental/Vision Benefits 401k Vacation and Paid Time Off
