Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Leasing Agent/ Property Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring a positive experience for potential tenants, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and contracts. Assist tenants with the move-in and move-out process. Manage tenant inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and related documentation using Appfolio software. Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities and property management. Negotiate lease renewals and communicate any changes to the tenant. Promote available units to prospects through advertising and social media. Ensure compliance with regulations and other relevant housing laws. Support administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property management software is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of leasing processes, contracts, and relevant regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and residents effectively.
